As early as possible for popular locations. Digital placements can go live within about 48 hours once your artwork is approved; printed billboards need extra time for production and mounting.

You choose at checkout: XCG (Cg) via Sentoo pay-by-bank, USD via card, ACH bank debit and wallets, or EUR via iDEAL or Bancontact. The amount is converted live from your order total.

Yes - crypto and stablecoin payments are available for orders up to US$ 10,000 per checkout (a limit set by our payment provider). Larger orders can be paid by card, bank or any of the other methods without a limit.

Yes. Card and international payments are processed by Stripe and local pay-by-bank by Sentoo. Your card and bank details are handled securely by the payment provider - we never see or store them.

Yes. Every price you see already includes the local taxes that apply to that island, so nothing is added at checkout. Your basket and invoice show the tax total per island separately, so you can always see exactly what you paid where.

Some items can be paid per month. At checkout you pay the first installment plus any one-off costs (such as print & mounting). The remaining installments are billed automatically on the 1st of each month, with a 7-day payment term.

The moment your payment succeeds. You'll automatically receive the invoice by email and we start on your campaign right away.

Some methods (a bank debit or crypto, for example) confirm a little later. The order updates to paid automatically once the bank or network confirms. You don't need to do anything or pay again.

It's emailed to you right after payment and is always available to download in your account.

After ordering, upload your print-ready files, video or a DCP folder in your account - or let our studio design it for you.

Every location has exact specs, and our automatic pre-flight check compares your upload against them. See the Guidelines & artwork page for the requirements per medium.

Yes. Our studio can produce your creative; any one-off design costs are shown transparently at checkout.

A DCP (Digital Cinema Package) is the mandatory projection format used by cinemas worldwide - a regular video file (MP4/MOV) cannot be played on a cinema projector. If you already have a DCP you simply upload it after booking. If you only have a video file, we convert it into a cinema-ready DCP for you for a small one-off fee, selectable at checkout.

You'll see exactly what needs fixing and can re-upload a corrected file. If you're stuck, our team is happy to help.

For billboards, print and mounting are included in the price. Digital placements don't need printing.

Digital placements can be live within roughly 48 hours after your artwork is approved. Printed billboards need additional time for production and mounting.

We do. Partners, production and placement are all arranged for you - you simply follow the progress in your account.

Everything lives in your account: your bookings, artwork status, invoices and go-live updates.
