How we handle your personal data when you book advertising through bookyourmedia.com.
1. Who we are
bookyourmedia.com is a trademark of Bookyour.Group. Depending on how you pay, your booking is with OSM Enterprises LLC (United States), doing business as bookyourmedia.com, or - when you pay by bank in XCG via Sentoo - with ND Pictures CUR B.V. (Curaçao), doing business as bookyourmedia.com. Both act as controller for the data relating to your bookings. Questions: info@bookyourmedia.com.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, company, e-mail, phone, address, VAT number); booking data (locations, dates, prices, invoices, payment status); artwork you upload and the briefs you write; correspondence with us; and technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited).
3. Why, and on what basis
To perform your booking and deliver your campaign (contract); to invoice, collect payment and keep our books (contract and legal obligation, 7-year retention); to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); to send campaign-related e-mail (contract); to send marketing e-mail and show ads (consent, withdrawable at any time).
4. Payments
We never see or store your card or bank details. Card, ACH, wallets, iDEAL and crypto run through Stripe; pay-by-bank in XCG runs through Sentoo. Both process your payment data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies: stripe.com/privacy and sentoo.io/page/privacy-statement.
5. Who we share with
Media owners, cinemas, stations and print partners receive the campaign details and artwork needed to deliver your campaign. We work with carefully selected service providers who process data strictly on our instructions and only for the operation of the platform. We never sell your data.
6. International transfers
Part of our processing takes place in the United States. Where personal data of EU or Caribbean residents is transferred, we rely on standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies keep you logged in and your basket filled. Analytics and marketing cookies (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. See our Cookie Policy at /cookies.
8. How long we keep it
Invoices and related booking data: 7 years (tax law). Account data: until you delete your account. Artwork: for the duration of the campaign plus 12 months. Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
9. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Mail info@bookyourmedia.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication on customer and admin accounts, rate limiting and access control on all systems.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version and its effective date are always published here.
